Please indicate below if you'd like your new replacement label emailed to you as a PDF for printing or sent to you via USPS. By using this new label, there will be no change to your services - Simply continue packaging up your empties, attach your new return label, and place in your same local USPS mailbox or USPS dropoff location that you have been using. Your refills will continue coming exactly how they have been in the past.

On August 8, 2024, Pitney Bowes Inc, a global shipping and mailing company, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. This has impacted our services as we have been partnering with this company to facilitate our CO2 canister returns. We have since identified an alternative partner and there is no change to our customer-facing services, as our goal is to provide a simple and convenient CO2 refill service to all. Furthermore, your account information, including payment information, is entirely unaffected and secure.
